1. Service Description

RiddlesMaster provides curated puzzles, logic riddles, editorial guides, and workspace environments designed to help software engineers and analysts prepare for technical interviews.

2. Account Creation Requirements

To access certain features of the platform, you must create a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide a valid and active email address during signup.
  • Limit yourself to exactly one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass puzzle limits or exploit promotions is strictly prohibited.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Subscription and Billing Terms

RiddlesMaster offers premium plans to unlock full solutions and specialized tracks:

  • Pricing: All subscription prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • No Auto-Renewal: Our premium subscriptions are manual one-time purchases and do not support auto-renewal. Subscriptions will auto-expire at the end of the duration, and you must manually repurchase to extend access.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our platform's content and the immediate unlocking of premium resources, all purchases are final. We offer no refunds on active or expired digital subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. Additionally, you must not:

  • Use scraping tools, automated scripts, or web crawlers to copy puzzles or answers from the platform.
  • Abuse our servers, conduct penetration tests without authorization, or exploit any database constraints.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we detect violation of these Terms, scraping activity, or abusive behavior.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
